Use technology tools (e.g., multimedia authoring, presentation, web tools, digital cameras, scanners) for individual and collaborative writing, communication, and publishing activities to create knowledge products for audiences inside and outside the classroom. (3, 4)
Social Studies 4th Grade: Standard 1. Students will understand the relationship between the physical geography in Utah and human life. Using the tool Google Forms.
- Students will take a four question survey about basic geography and ways Utah has changed over time. That children understand some basics about the climate of Utah.
- This way the children can better understand their surroundings and how they came to be today. It will be an assessment of how much the students already know about Utah.
- It will also introduce new vocabulary and is a good way to start discussion on some of Utah’s geographic features.
