Utah's Many Environments! Thinglink.

Utah's Many Lands.

Educational Technology Standard 5
Use technology tools (e.g., multimedia authoring, presentation, web tools, digital cameras, scanners) for individual and collaborative writing, communication, and publishing activities to create knowledge products for audiences inside and outside the classroom. (3, 4)

Science Grade 4. Standard 5. Objective 1. Students will understand the physical characteristics of Utah's wetlands, forests, and deserts and identify common organisms for each environment.
  • I will be using Thinglink to make a visual representation of all of Utah’s environments. I like how many pictures I can put on my diagram of the many different environments of Utah so that’s why I wanted to use something that would allow such a visual representation.
  •  The diagram will explain what wetlands, forests and deserts are with pictures of the species that live there. It will show in a very visual way the variety of nature in Utah.
  • Students need to understand why certain organisms live where and why they best survive there. Also to show the different beautiful landscapes that exist in Utah.
